Ability, Functionality, Community, Inclusion and Real Support!
The Republican Center for Rehabilitation for Children was invited to organize theoretical and practical workshops in the multidisciplinary approach to beneficiaries by the A.O. “AREAP” within the conference on deinstitutionalization and the importance of an empathetic community.
We interacted with donors, representatives of ministries, educators, psychologists, physiotherapists, social workers and beneficiaries who already live #at home, not in institutions!
We are honored to share our knowledge but also to establish relationships with communities – the basic pillars of the integration of children and adults with reduced functionality.
And for a decent life with maximum independence for people with various functional limitations – we presented a selection of assistive technologies that are indispensable for people with disabilities of various ages and limitations.
And of course, we brought specialized equipment as a gift for elderly people with reduced physical functionality.
