On July 31, IMSP Republican Rehabilitation Center for Children was honored by the visit of Prof. Dr. Hubert Egger – medical engineer and professor of prosthetics at the University of Applied Sciences of Upper Austria; Martin Muehlbacher – Counselor for Social Affairs and Health at the Austrian Embassy Chisinau; Antonina Dranga Counselor of the Attaché of the Sozialministerium Österreich and Alexandru Voloc World Health Organization in Moldova.
Purpose of the visit: getting to know the field of orthotics, prosthetics and rehabilitation in the Republic of Moldova, especially the training of qualified personnel; exploring opportunities for long-term collaboration and exchange of experience.
During the visit, possibilities of collaboration were discussed in order to continuously improve the services provided by us by implementing applied scientific approaches.
All our efforts are aimed at strengthening the quality of life of the country’s children.
