IMSP Republican Rehabilitation Center for Children (IMSP CRRC) is a curative institution subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Moldova, located in Chisinau, 147 Grenoble Street, in a picturesque area where children’s solitude is not affected.
Our mission is to provide an integrated system based on physical, mental and social rehabilitation, as well as special day care and accommodation, depending on the needs of each beneficiary. Annually, we have the capacity to help approximately 2400 children. We are proud to comply with national assessment and accreditation standards in the field, and not only! The diagnostic, treatment, and recovery procedures provided by us are based, first and foremost, on evidence-based scientific data, but also the experience of developed industrial countries. We continue to collaborate with the most prestigious universities in the world as well as the European Academy of Childhood Disability.
The infrastructure of IMSP CRRC, consisting of two well-organized and equipped blocks, offers exceptional conditions for carrying out optimal activities.
Block A is more spacious, with three floors that house the reception, offices for consultations and functional diagnostics, rooms for recovery sessions, the dietetic service and its own kitchen.
In the summer of 2009, we inaugurated Block B, which houses thermal therapy, balneotherapy, individual hydrokinetotherapy, physiotherapy and the offices of the management team. The coordination of our activities is carried out by the director of the institution and the management team, appointed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Moldova.
Currently, we have approximately 148 employees, of which 3 are management personnel. Our medical team consists of 18 doctors, 28 nurses, 23 physiotherapists and 19 specialists in social and psycho-pedagogical assistance. In addition, we have 29 nurses and 31 staff members who provide other services.
