I participated with great joy in the celebration dedicated to the International Day of Families — an opportunity to promote values such as solidarity, inclusion, mutual support, and care for every member of the community. #FamilyFestival2026 once again highlighted the essential role of the family in a child’s harmonious development, as well as the importance of collaboration between specialists, parents, and the community in supporting children and people with special needs.

At the joint booth of World Health Organization Moldova and the Republican Rehabilitation Center for Children, we had fun, played, and learned together with both children and adults about adapted sports, healthy nutrition, developmental psycho-pedagogical activities for children of all ages, and assistive equipment so important for different stages of age and functionality — all accompanied by good spirits and smiles for everyone.

At the Chișinău Botanical Garden, the Family Festival brought together dozens of families in an atmosphere full of positive energy, smiles, and involvement. The event, organized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection together with national and international partners, united us in a meaningful effort to support families across the Republic of Moldova. It was a wonderful day surrounded by nature, where every family enjoyed spending quality time together.
