Eligibility

  1. Within the Center, children aged up to 3 years eligible for early intervention services and children with neuro-psycho-motor conditions aged up to 18 years old can be admitted for medical rehabilitation.

 

  1. Admission to the Center is done according to the Referral form (Form no. 027/e) issued by the family doctor or specialist specialist, with prior appointment coordination.

 

  1. Within the Center, children with neuro-psycho-motor deficiencies will be admitted for recovery treatment, according to medical indications, based on referral documentation with the following nosological forms:

1) Evaluation and intervention in children from the risk group within the early intervention service

2) Cerebral palsy (G 81-83)

3) Infantile cerebral palsy (G 80)

4) Perinatal encephalopathies (P94, P96)

5) Residual encephalopathies (G96)

6) Consequences of neuroinfection (G09)

7) Progressive muscular dystrophies (G71-73)

8) Peripheral neuropathies (G62-64)

9) Polyneuropathies (G61)

10) Obstetric trauma, recovery period (P10-15)

11) Craniocerebral trauma, recovery period (G96, T90)

12) Vertebra-medullary trauma, recovery period (G96, T91)

13) Trauma of other origin, recovery period (T92-T93)

14) Compensated hydrocephalus with motor disturbances (G91)

15) Neuroses (F40, F48, F95)

16) Psycho-verbal retardation (F70-71, F80-83)

17) Autism and autism spectrum disorders (F84)

18) Diseases of nerve roots and plexuses, vertebrogenic radicular syndrome (G54)

19) Attention and concentration deficit syndrome (F98)

20) Cerebrovascular disease, recovery period (I69)

21) Multiple sclerosis (G35)

22) Other demyelinating diseases (G36)

23) Orthopedic diseases (M20-25, M40-43)

 

  1. Medical contraindications for rehabilitation treatment in the Rehabilitation Center for Children:

1) Contagious diseases, including during the incubation period

2) Acute and chronic conditions during the exacerbation period or in the decompensation stage

3) Acute psychoses

4) Suicide attempts

5) Drug-resistant epilepsy with frequent seizures

6) Acute skin diseases

7) Pediculosis.
